FITKICKS styles share many core features, including lightweight construction, flexible soles, and water-friendly materials. FITKICKS Classic styles provide more coverage across the top of the foot and feature a supportive grip strap, while FITKICKS Crossovers have a more open upper with crossover straps. Other FITKICKS styles may vary in upper coverage, strap design, colors, patterns, and activity-specific features.

If you need a different size, color, or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

All refunds and exchanges must be handled by the retail store where the original purchase was made.  Please contact the store directly.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not accepting international orders.  All orders must be shipped within the US.

If you purchased a product directly from our website and it is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase, please email customer service at support@fitkicks.com. Please note that the item must be unused. In the email, please include a detailed description of the quality issue, multiple photos of the item and your order number.
